Return Policy
We understand that it takes time to determine if a Heim Nest mattress is suitable for your body. To provide you with peace of mind and ample time to adjust, all Heim Nest mattresses come with 100-night free trial. The 100-night product trial period starts from the day the mattress is delivered.
It can take approximately one month to adjust fully to a new mattress, so we suggest using the new mattress for a minimum of 30 nights to allow your body to gradually adapt and get used to it. Please don't worry, if you decide that the mattress is not suitable for your needs during the trial period, you can always initiate the return process for a full refund.

1. During the 100-day trial period
1.1 Return requests for unopened mattresses can be made immediately after delivery.
1.2 Return requests for opened mattresses are recommended to be made within 30 days of delivery, and at the latest within 100 days of delivery.
For a Return Request to be approved, the product must be in suitable condition for donation with law tags attached: Mattresses must be in a condition suitable for donation to be eligible for return (i.e., no stains, tears, excessive odors, or soiling). Law tags must be attached to the mattress or topper in its original, unaltered state. You can use a mattress protector during the trial sleep to keep your mattress in the best condition during the trial sleep.
1.3 Processing Time: From the time you submit your return request until we complete the review and refund process, it generally takes 3-5 days. This time frame is primarily affected by logistics and banking procedures.
2. Beyond the 100-day trial period
2.1 After 100 days from delivery, if the buyer wishes to return a unopened mattress, the shipping cost will be borne by the buyer and 30% will be deducted from the order amount when the refund is issued to cover the cost of damage to the mattress caused by long-term compression.
2.2 After 100 days from delivery, opened mattresses are not eligible for return and warranty claims, and need to be handled by the buyer.
All refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. Please note that if you purchased a product from Heim Nest using an offer code or gift code, the dollar value of any offer code will not be refunded or credited back if the merchandise is returned.
