Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy only applies to products that are listed on the Heim Nest.com website that will be shipped within the United States.
1. Free Delivery
We offer free standard delivery for all orders shipped in the contiguous US.
All orders are subject to a 1-2 business day processing time before shipping.
2. Additional Charges
If you need to change the address details after the order is delivered, you will be charged a service fee of up to $19 per batch. This fee will depend on the specific circumstances. Therefore, we recommend that you carefully review your address details before finalizing your order.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
All orders will be shipped via FedEx/UPS.
4. Delivery Estimates
Shipping times can vary depending on holidays, promotions, and weather conditions. Typically, you should receive a tracking number within 1-2 business days and the package within 3-7 business days.
Please note that unless otherwise stated on the site, delivery estimates are only estimates and do not guarantee delivery times.
5. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at services@heimnest.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
6. International Shipping
We currently ship to all 48 states but do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or the U.S. Territories.
Please note that we are unable to ship to a P.O. Box/APO/FPO address.
