    It is an optional mattress accessory. However, many sleepers benefit from using one. A mattress protector not only prevents dirt and moisture from staining and damaging your mattress but also keeps potential allergens out.


    Q2: How can I get rid of the new mattress smell?

    A: When you open your new Heim Nest memory foam mattress, you may notice a slight odor. This is due to the release of odors that may have been trapped in the tight protective packaging.

    If you notice an odor, we recommend that you allow your gel memory foam mattress to air out in a well-ventilated room for at least a few hours before covering it with sheets.


    Q3: What mattress foundation should I use for memory foam mattress?
